We offer delivery services for our floral arrangements to various locations within our delivery area. Delivery to Sentosa and Tuas requires additional $30 delivery charges. We do not deliver to restricted areas.

Our delivery hours are in blocks of
9am - 1pm / 2pm - 6pm / 7pm -10pm.
Orders placed will be scheduled for delivery on the next available delivery day.

Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time range when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our delivery schedule.

We currently do not offer delivery tracking. However, you will receive a confirmation email or text message once your order has been successfully delivered.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe location or with a neighbour.
Re-delivery is chargeable at $20. -
We may offer delivery services on certain holidays, depending on our availability and delivery schedule. Please check with us in advance to confirm if we deliver on specific holidays.

To prolong the life of your flowers, trim the stems at an angle before placing them in a clean vase filled with fresh water. Remove any leaves that will be submerged in water and change the water every 2-3 days.

If you leave them as a wrapped bouquet, simply enjoy them while they bloom. You can turn them upside down to dry them out and keep it as a dried bouquet later on.

Keep them out of direct sunlight and in a well ventilated area. For dome arrangements, be mindful to keep it in a dry room. High levels of humidity is not good for these preserved flowers.

If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, contact us immediately to report the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

The lifespan of flowers varies depending on the type of flower, environmental conditions, and how well they are cared for. On average, cut flowers can last about a week with proper care.

At Royal Blooms, we strive to provide our customers with the freshest and highest quality flowers available. In the event that a specific flower variety or color is unavailable due to seasonal or supply chain issues, we may need to substitute it with a comparable alternative.

We may substitute flowers in an order if the requested flower variety or color is not available at the time of purchase or if it does not meet our quality standards.

When substituting flowers, we consider factors such as color, size, shape, and overall aesthetic to ensure that the substitute closely resembles the original selection. We will always choose a comparable alternative that maintains the integrity and theme of the arrangement.

It is subjected to stock availability.. We will select an appropriate colour and design for the arrangement.

At Royal Blooms we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. You can cancel your order up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.

There will be no refund, but you may reschedule for another delivery date.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers in your order, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We will investigate the matter and may offer a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.

A deposit 50% will be collected as confirmation.
Remaining 50% will be collected 2 days before the actual wedding. If payment is not received, then the florals will not be delivered on the dat of wedding.
Kindly confirm your booking at least 2 months before the actual day of your wedding; do check for availability for bookings that are less than a month.
